Overview
A complete digital infrastructure giving Inyathi High School real-time control over academic records, reports, and communications.
UCCSA Inyathi High School is one of Zimbabwe's oldest and most respected secondary schools. We designed and built a bespoke school management portal alongside a refreshed public-facing website — giving administrators, teachers, students, and parents a unified digital environment to manage academic life.

The Challenge
The school was running on entirely manual processes: paper-based reports, no centralised student records, and no way for parents to access their children's academic progress remotely. With 662 students across 18 classes, coordinating end-of-term reports alone was a significant administrative burden.
Our Approach
We built a multi-role PHP portal from scratch, tailored to the school's exact structure. Administrators manage students, teachers, subjects, and classes from a single dashboard. Teachers enter narrative reports per student per subject each term. Students and parents log in to view results and reports in real time. The system was seeded with all 662 existing student records and designed to match the school's established navy and blue brand identity.

The Outcome
The portal went live with the full student body imported and all roles operational. End-of-term report generation — previously a weeks-long manual process — is now handled digitally across all departments. Parents can access their children's academic records at any time, and the administration has a single source of truth for the school's academic data.
