A modern logistics platform that gives fleet managers real-time visibility and control.
Tracto is a logistics and fleet management platform built for modern transport businesses. We designed and developed their mobile application from the ground up, creating a product that puts real-time tracking and operational control at the fingertips of fleet managers and drivers alike.
The Challenge
Fleet managers were relying on manual check-ins and fragmented spreadsheet data to run their operations. The lack of a unified, real-time view meant delays were caught too late, and reporting was time-consuming and error-prone.
Our Approach
We led a full UX research and design sprint before a single line of code was written. Discovery sessions with fleet managers surfaced the key workflows that mattered most. The resulting app centralised live GPS tracking, driver communication, and automated reporting into a single, clean interface.

The Outcome
Tracto launched with strong early adoption from their target market. Fleet managers reported a significant reduction in time spent on manual reporting, and drivers found the app intuitive enough to onboard without training sessions.
